The product is like normal gravity purifier. Dont expect it to purify quickly. It takes hours to fill the tank. The upper tank is around 8 litres and lower one is 9 so total it is close to 17.3 but not 20 litres. The inner section has a container for raw water with long legs and filter water is accumulated in the blue tank. Like all gold filter i used (had used 2 in past) it need to be cleaned in two weeks or so. From my opinion they are much better than other as we can clean the tanks when we see they are dirty.

This product is not packed well by the manufacturer. All carbon particles of the carbon filter are splashed inside the container. Also on mentioning this, seller refused to return or replace the proudct. Ultimately Flipkart got it back and refunded the money.

It doesn't work well., lodged a complaint with the service centre multiple times but no response to the complaints as it is a offline product.I will not recommend any one to buy this product

I bought this more than 6 months ago. The product is not well designed. It takes a lot of time to pour water into it. Moreover it needs cleaning almost once every week. Otherwise the water flow is too slow. Kent should have thought a bit more before introducing this product. I don't recommend this product.

Not a good product.Daily membrane cleaning required otherwise it will take 10 Hrs to purify 10 Ltr.More disadvantages are:Its like a tea stainer.It does not change the taste of water.Daily cleaning requiredSediment filter need to be change after 10 days.

Very badNot having the worth of money.Upper (first) filter is too slow to wait for filter.There is no storage tank of impure water so that at one time water can be poured in that and water goes to filtered slowly and slowly.
